1. Services

Heatline Ltd provides plumbing, heating, electrical, drainage, bathroom, air conditioning and EV charging services. By booking a job or subscribing to a service plan, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. For jobs where a fixed price cannot be given upfront, we will provide an estimate and obtain your approval before proceeding with any additional work.

3. 12-month labour guarantee

All work carried out by Heatline engineers is covered by a 12-month labour guarantee. If a fault develops as a result of our workmanship within 12 months of completion, we will return to rectify it at no charge. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or normal wear and tear.

4. Homecare plans

Homecare plans are rolling monthly subscriptions. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. Refunds are not issued for part-months already paid. Plan benefits apply from the date of subscription and are subject to availability.

5. Access and preparation

It is your responsibility to ensure reasonable access to the property and the relevant systems at the time of the appointment. If an engineer cannot gain access, a failed visit charge may apply.

6. Liability

Heatline's liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our engineers are fully insured for public liability up to £5 million.

7. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, contact us at info@heatline247.co.uk within 14 days of the work being completed. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 working days.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
