I genuinely cannot praise this company enough! I’ve been using them for around a year now and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’ve been absolutely amazing from start to finish, and I really can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done.
Over the past year I’ve had quite a few issues with my heating and boiler, and every single time they’ve managed to get to the bottom of things and get them sorted quickly. They even managed to keep my old boiler going for as long as they possibly could when it was clearly on its last legs, rather than just pushing for a new one straight away. When the time finally came to replace it, they fitted my new boiler too. It’s so reassuring to find people who genuinely know what they’re doing and who you can completely trust.
One thing I really, really want to highlight is just how incredibly accommodating and understanding they’ve been with my timings. I can’t stress enough how much I’ve appreciated this. They’ve gone out of their way on so many occasions to work around my availability, been so patient and flexible, and genuinely done everything they can to make things easier for me. They’ve never made me feel like I’m being difficult or asking too much, even when my timings haven’t been the easiest to work around. They’ve always been so supportive, understanding and willing to go that extra mile. I honestly don’t think they realise just how much of a difference that has made to me. It’s something I’ll always be grateful for, and it’s a huge part of why I think so highly of them.
The whole team are just lovely too. Every single person I’ve dealt with has been so friendly, kind, respectful and down to earth. They’re always punctual, easy to have a chat with, happy to explain things and just genuinely nice people. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and they always make you feel comfortable and at ease.
I’m actually a tenant at the property they’ve been coming out to, but I’m also a landlord myself, so I know first-hand how incredibly difficult it can be to find good, honest and reliable tradespeople. Finding people who turn up when they say they will, do a brilliant job, communicate properly and genuinely care isn’t always easy. I can honestly say this team are everything you’d hope to find.
The ONLY reason I don’t already use them for my own rental properties is because they’re too far away! If they were closer, I would have them looking after my properties without a second thought. I’m also hoping to purchase a property around this area eventually, and I can say with 100% certainty that they’ll be the first people I call for anything heating or boiler related. I wouldn’t even consider going elsewhere!
I would recommend them to absolutely everyone I know, and I really do mean that. It’s rare to find a company where the standard of work is so good but the people themselves are equally as wonderful. They genuinely go above and beyond, not just with the work they do but with how they treat their customers, and that means so much.
I really hope anyone reading this gives them a chance because I honestly don’t think you’ll be disappointed. They deserve every bit of recognition, every recommendation and every bit of success that comes their way.
A massive, heartfelt thank you to the whole team for everything you’ve done for me over the past year. Not just for sorting out all the problems, but for being so patient, understanding, accommodating and genuinely lovely throughout. You’ve made situations that could have been really stressful so much easier, especially with how much you’ve worked around me and my availability. I appreciate it more than you know.

Akanni fitted a new sink and toilet for me. Absolutely amazing Plumber . From beginning to the end Akanni was fantastic. Neat and tidy. Exceptional service from AJ, moving house is a stressful thing to do, but AJ made it that little less stressful. He took our washer/dryer from our current property to the new one and plumbed it all in for us. AJ went above and beyond, I would definitely recommend and use again.
